Re: Swords of Light a Mature/Family Friendly kinship looking for Team players
Hello,
I just realized that I made the same mistake as clothar1. I saw his/her post, but didn't really understand the concern until I saw that my application was submitted.
Your code and group sounds very appealing to me. I'm 40 and started my online gaming during the days when we were using 1200 baud modems (my systems included a TRS-80 and a much-beloved Amiga). I love to role play, but generally don't do much of it because my playtime is pretty restricted and unpredictable due to a young daughter and a full-time job. Having spent many years as a DM for both pen-and-paper D&D as well as a DM/builder for two Neverwinter Nights 1 servers, I very much appreciate the no-drama policy.
I don't use voice chat because my voice can wake my daughter when she's asleep. But I would be more than happy to participate in the voice interview and keep the audio enabled during group sessions. Thank you for considering my application, and sorry for the mistake on your other webpage.

Hail, Reb and Swords.
I just found this thread. As a former officer of SoL when it was on Meneldor I can say that this kinship emphasizes helping, teamwork, having fun, family and treating each other with respect and dignity. It would be a great choice for anyone who values those attributes.
Best to all of you Swords, old and new!

Re: Swords of Light a Mature/Family Friendly kinship looking for Team players
Would you fine folks at SoL like to help organize a SoC 1v1 tournament on top of Weathertop on Friday or Saturday this week? It would be open to the public so help would be nice.
Let me know.

I played Redshanks/Gandring on Meneldor right before...stuff that happened a couple of years ago. I would love to rejoin here on Crickhollow now that Ive restarted my LOTRO experience with a new toon. Would I need to redo the phone interview to join?

Heya, I am looking for a new kin, the one I am in is pretty much dead. I see a few on sometimes and never talk talk to each other. Yours seems to be what I am looking for in a kin. I have 5 chars, and pretty active. I have seen some of your members around and some have even been helpful!
