    Mount? at lvl 5

    Hmm correct me if i am wrong but i am sure it said somewhere that you can buy a mount at lvl 5 now ? I have been away from the game for about 1 year so cant remember where you go to buy them ? Is it still the same place outside of bree ?

    If you're VIP and have a sub, you can get a slow pony from hengstacer farm, north of bree at level 5. It cost 200s iirc.

    Otherwise, the way to ride horses is from buying the passive riding trait from the lotro store for 295tp. You can buy a horse there too, or buy it in game at hengstacer farm for 500s.
