    Problem

    Okie, so its not about this account, but my other. Please read the rest before saying "Then post on that account."

    Ok, so for starters, I think it sucks that I can't post this somewhere else, but whatever.

    Anyways, my main account (Which I believe should is a premium account) was banned (I didn't receive a notification or anything) until January 7th of 2038. The thing is, I DID NOT do anything to receive a ban, unless someone hacked my account (In which case, could I get it back still?). The only possible thing I can think of is the fact that it made me update my info daily, which isn't an easy way to remember if a month has gone by since you last paid. I've already sent one ticket to account support, to which I found out they don't respond to ban tickets, but that would have to be sent to in-game support.

    So I did that, and its been about 3-5 business days like it said it should take and I have not gotten a single reply.

    Can someone please help? I'd love to be playing my main's now o.o

    Also, if this is the wrong section for this post, then I'm sorry~

    ALSO: If its required, my Main Alt's name is Dolrianel, on my other account that is.

    Bans cannot and should not be discussed on the forums, please follow up with your tickets. See my sig for info regarding emails from support as well.

    After contacting support, log into your email webpage to add noreply@turbine.com and accountsupport@turbine.com to their "safe senders" list and your contacts list/address book.

    Be sure to check Spam/Junk Mail folders as well since most email providers do not let external email programs or cell phones download mail flagged this way.
