Hello,I bought the Seige of Mirkwood expansion via Turbine Points, almost a full week ago. After purchesing points. My first purchase however, I did not receive a verification email of the purchase, though I have gotten emails for all the rest. I received three of my items, except the expansion. I have no access to it, nor did I ever receive an email confirming that I had indeed bought it. However my points were deducted for this. I had contacted support fterwards, but have yetnot received any sort of reply or indication there was a problem.
Has this happened to anyone else? If so, is there any way to get the expansion I paid for, or get a refund on my points?
