Thread: Known Issues for the LOTRO Community Site

I am having an issue with characters on this site. Namely none of them appear.

This means I can't enter the lotteries, I can't do any other character related site options/events.

I also cannot post this message in the report a problem section as it pops up saying the page is not available and click to tell administrators. So I click and it takes me to a page is not available error which I can do nothing about.

Please fix this

the whole website is a mess, and if you havent noticed, its been in 'beta' for 3+ years....
if you search you will see many multiple threads about it.

turbine has never acknowledged problems, they really dont care.

this is the 21st century, any respectable company should know how to build a proper website.

the website is as important to the community as the game and such, the problems should never be pooh=poohed away. there is no defense for the shoddy work they have done with it since the beginning.

so many years for beta? really? sad.....very sad state of affairs...

You guys have had how long to fix the lottery? And it's still a mess?

Would be nice if you guys at Turbine could finally fix the issue my long ago deleted characters still showing up on my.lotro.com's Characters tab. I deleted them months ago ingame (Level 1 Burglar & Level 8 Lore-Master) and still they are there. Annoying. Please fix this!

im a paying customer and can't past the log in screen.... what is happening?.. I sent a ticket with no response. I love the game but if I can't get in I want a refund.... any tips?

Is this thread dead? I haven't seen any moderators or devs reply to anything here for months.

What's the point of reporting these known issues if no one even acknowledges them. Also these "known" issues have been known and not fixed for way to long.

Such a great game with such a horrible website.
