Also, if I look at my characters on my.lotro.com they all seemed to be still tied to my old forum account (but when I try and log in via my old forum account/password it says you have to log into with your game account password)

I have no other issues logging into game other than the fact I can't /bug anymore (other than my turbine points dropping 300 points between this morning and this evening w/o any activity on my part)

I have almost the same issue.

I have 2 accounts. 1 VIP, and 1 Premium.

When I log into the Forums with my Username and Password, as directed, it logs me in under my Premium Account forum name. It will not let me post on any forums but these as well.

It will not let me access my VIP Account Forum Name, but keeps me logged in as my Free Account.

I have the same exact problem as Mymir2....i have a VIP and a Premium subscription under the same account and i can not find a link anywhere to help me out or nothing in my account at turbine.com to change the settings....please please help us out i need tech support for my VIP account cause a toon cannot be placed into the world and i cant post on the proper forums...thanks

I am furious about this debacle. I have been a lifer since 2-07. Now I cannot post on the regular forums as it says I do not have an account and I cannot get into the game as I am getting error message after error message. I have emailed support and am waiting to hear back, but this is completely unacceptable.

Same issue here: I'm a lifer who also happens to have a beta subscription on the account that is now considered a free subscription.

What's the support email address? I've been looking for it, but haven't been able to find it.
