Not sure about Elven Shadow-piercer, but I'd guess it's one of those. The actual link in the lottery description is broken.

Beleriand damage version of the existing scroll, most likely.

A scroll like this would be pretty useful in Enedwaith, wouldn't it?

One never knows when you might find yourself down that way, could be sooner than you think

Elven Shadow Piercer is Beleriand damage type plus tier 3 damage against ancient evil... so far i think the only way to get it is from that lotto. such a shame... my level 7 loremaster has no use for the scroll... but my 65 hunter sure would have liked it!

P.S. i really hope they add this scroll into the game as a barter soon...

LOL, and I won it on a lev 17 character. Looks like she will lose those fuzzy mule ears and start working on levels eh?

So that damage scroll isn't even available ingame normally? Well, by the time she gets to a level to use it, we may have level 70 first ages, eh?
