We agree that Freeps *must* PvE in order to achieve the capability to PvP?
Creep skills are crafted to fight against Freeps.
Why aren't Freep skills crafted just as well to fight Creeps?
I mean, Song of Soothing? Really?
I could go on with skills that are in no way helpful in the Moors, but we all, well Most of us Play Freep classes and Know these.

And Creeps have skills not working against NPCs *shrug*
Not really sure what you wanna say here. Is it a complain? Because if it is its rather pathetic.
You see, freeps have many more skills than creeps do, so creeps have a disadvantage in that area. Even if you have a few skills that are pointless for the moors, you still have twice as many as the creeps that can be used in the moors, in some way or another.

Then know that also freeps have more skills to compensate for those skills that are useless against creeps. Freep skills are not catered to be 100% effective against creeps since freeps have access to the whole PvE side of the game. As such, certain skills which involve mechanics pertaining to only NPCs are completely ineffective against creeps since they are controlled by players, which do not share similar mechanics as npcs, such as Song of Soothing. It will never work against creeps since player controlled characters do not have an aggro range/radius.
Honestly though, if every single freep skill could affect creeps, then skills such as Song of Soothing would never exist.

Facts:
This has been the case since launch 3+ years ago. Freeps, and the majority of their many skills, are made for PvE, and suit them just fine for PvE. Creeps, and the few skills they get, are made for PvP, and suit them just fine for PvP. Intelligent players realize that this disparity causes a very large portion of the imbalance in PvMP. Most Creeps will not admit it, for fear of getting nerfed; which is why you see responses from mega-Creeps like the ones in this very thread. TTCT's asking for Freeps to "improve" their classes, in regards to PvE, and TTCT's asking Creeps to "improve" their classes, in regards to PvP just provides an outlet for even further imbalance.
I guarantee your level 65 r0 greenie BA will contribute more to your Creep raid than my level 2 Minstrel will contribute to my Freep raid. After all, both took about 5 seconds to create.
