I put this together for the beta players, and with the NDA lifted here it is for everyone else. Keep in mind this is all still subject to change and revision, and is not necessarily completely up to date with the latest beta build.

Notes:
- Prices are standard, without any applicable specials or discounts.
- Skirmish Cosmetics seem to be the exact same as what's offered currently at skirmish camps. I figured since these were already in game and listed at a standard price there was no need to list them out.
- Class Items contain equipment class items and consumables, and there are a lot of them so I didn't list them all out. Prices were standard at 100, 150, 200, 250, 350. This included things like hunter bow chants, minstrel instruments, etc.
- A * indicates items that I was unable to confirm the price of due to a bug, but are listed presumptions based on other items and prices.
- Bind on Account items CANNOT be mailed to other characters on the account. This leaves shared storage, which a bug has prevented me from confirming.
- I'll do my best to keep this updated throughout beta but there are no guarantees.
About Virtues:
- The prices listed are essentially what you'd pay if you started a virtue from Rank 0 and then purchased ranks through rank 10.
- If you wanted to buy additional ranks to a trait you've already worked on yourself, you'd start at the bottom and work your way up.
- You cannot purchase virtues beyond rank 10.
- An example: If you wanted to increase Mercy from rank 0 to rank 10, you'd pay 50+95+150+195+250+295+350+395+ 450+495=2995 TPs. However, if you wanted to increase Loyalty from rank 8 to rank 10 (and you'd never bought a Loyalty rank before) it would cost 50+95=145 TPs. This combined with the fact that most slayer deeds rewarding virtues give 15 TPs and exploration deeds give 5 TP, means the most logical path would be to do the majority of virtues with easy slayer or exploration deeds, then buy the last rank or two.
- Virtue Tomes are Bind on Account, but are automatically consumed on purchase. If you purchase a tome that cannot be consumed for some reason, it is dropped in your inventory as a Bound to Account item.

Great list, and thanks for recopying it. Just because I know some will miss it, I'll repeat for you
Those prices are still subject to change and are not fixed. Items in the store may change as well, and some may be added or removed during the beta, so don't see this as in stone.

Very nice list! Might be helpful to know which items are per account or per character. For example, does unlocking 5 AH slots unlock them for every character on the account or just for one character? Is there already a list with that info somewhere else?
Emotes, AH, bags, vault space, traits, buffs are per character.
shared storage, wardrobe is per server.
quest packs, skirmishes, gold cap and expansions are account.
Hope that helps.
Great, thanks for that info. A little surprised shared storage and wardrobe are per server, I assumed they would be per account. Do you know if crafting guild advancement is per character?
So there you have it folks. Your new lifetime sub ... Just without the bonus points per month.
not really, they'll still have spend cash later on when more content comes out, VIPs on the other hand can potentially get paid expacs for free using the Turbine Points they receive each month and they don't have to pay for book updates.
so... if you currently have lifetime you probably got the best deal possible as you'll never need to spend another dime on the game even if they launch major expacs.

My point exactly. This is the NEW lifetime sub. I don't expect Turbine to offer the old lifetime sub again as the new version guarantees a future income stream to the company.
Best thing I did was get a lifetime when the game came out.

I finally got mine 2 years after joining, I signed up for it around SoM lauch and it activated in June, probably the best thing I ever did LOTRO wise was spend those 200$.
good thing I decided to use the discount they were offering on lifetimes at the time, I had considered waiting till it was time to renew my sub before actually deciding, I would have been screwed if I did

Those 500 TP per month really would get me far - say two outfits maybe. Cannot wait to see the PR spin when online store starts containing top level gear. After all it is convenient to buy full raiding set and it is not really an advantage as you are perfectly free to raid 24/7 for 6 months.
I am looking forward to see PR spin and fan based logical contortions six months down the road. It should be worth a few chuckles.
Turbine, please introduce a cash shop option for a single use skill that one-shots any raid boss for a price of say 5 000 TP. It is convenient to one-shot a raid boss but it is not a necessity as you can raid for months and achieve exactly the same result.

those 500 points are roughly 5 dollars, assuming you're paying 10$ a month for your sub that's essetialy 50% off and you still get free content that you would pay for other wise, yeah, you sure are getting a raw deal here.
from the list shown above it's clear that for most part the store does offer convinience and not advantage, though there are some that are in the advantage category.

The Riding Trait no longer costs 795 TPs. It now costs 295 TPs.
Thanks for that, I'll make the change.
Just as a note, I was out of town last week so I haven't checked prices since beta 3 hit, and Bullroarer is down today. I'll try and confirm recent changes as soon as I can.

It's possible that the shared storage and wardrobe are per account and not per server, but with only one test server it's hard to say for sure.
I would imagine that the crafting guild advancement is per character but I didn't test any of the crafting at all, so couldn't say for sure.

Yep, damn right. Man, that went right over my head. It's a very, very obscure source but it's right there.
I tip my hat!
I don't think it's that obscure, probably mentioned in the Hobbit or LotR. they couldn't mention his golfing expirience otherwise.

Ahh yes, lolcat witticism coupled with start of aforementioned fan contortions. We are away from convenience and into mostly convenience and some advantage. It will stay like that, honest, Turbine said so, cash shop will not expand.
And yeah, I am getting a raw deal as I can get full access and no cash shop at the competition for the same price.

You are correct. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. We are left with 2 options. Accept it or leave. I am accepting it.
The game has changed, I will miss LOTRO, but there is nothing we can do to sway this any longer. I am now one of dem dere casuals, just I am casual for about 7-10 hours 7 days a week...

so leave if it bothers you that much, honestly, the store is there, you can use it and you can ignore it. from what has been mentioned and shown little of this will make any difference to end-game content, maybe in the early levels it will, we shall have to see.
I have a lifetime sub now, that can mean, if I don't shop in the store too much (which I don't really intend to, the only thing that really caught my eye was deed accelaration) I will never ever spend another cent on this game, not only that, if I stick around long enough (it will be a few years, true) Turbine will actually be paying me to play the game.
the store doesn't affect you if you don't want it to, not using it will not harm you in any manner that I can see, heck, as a subscriber that doesn't use the store at all (which from your attitude I expect will be the case) you won't be spending any money on the game aside from monthly fee, you won't need to buy expacs or paid content with money ever again! and you'll probably have plenty of extra for some advantage of your own. seems like a pretty good deal to me.
point is: you get full access if you have a sub, nothing changes for you, use the shop or don't, just like the competition, however, unlike the competition you can get stuff that others will spend cash on for free.

With the stuff on this list, the hero pose emote, the cloak of what's its name from the skirmishes, etc. This will mean I can pay real world cash of fifty cents or five dollars to get these WITHOUT having to EARN the emote by having XX people "Cheer" for me (or whateer the current trigger is) and will not have to EARN the cloak by turning in umpteen marks and a rarer Big Shot Mark?
Or does a non-lifetimeer still have to have XX number of people cheer for him AND pay fifty cents?
Nobigar Proudbelly - L35 Grand Master Chef, 3 Myrtle Court, Cropfurrows, Southfarthing, Landroval; Gaelivor - L65 Hunter - Lorien; Raeph - L38 Historian - Breeland; Daintybelle Oakenchest - L 65 Midwife - Blue Mountains.
That is 2, 3, and 4 USD - I would hardly call that 'cheap'; especially when the majority of players has multipled characters leveled.
*sigh* Those are cheap considering the Impact they'll have on A char vis a vis other items in the store. 885 points gets you permanent +30 to a stat, while 1995 will get you a horse?
... little of this will make any difference to end-game content, maybe in the early levels it will, we shall have to see...
Do you honestly believe that the ability to gain ~3,600 extra power and morale in the course of one minute (from the store pots) wont affect end-game at all?
Personally, also a LTer, I plan to use a Lot of those free points buying those tomes. No way I'll ever see, e.g. 500 Will on my Guardian otherwise lol.
Oy.. so there not only selling the Forochel rep horses for cash with no rep requirement, but they're selling the Forochel rep armour (or at least the light variant) too? *sigh*
Nice list though, and thank you for posting it. Some things are cheaper than I expected but some are definitely more.

I cannot believe they did not leave the rep horses and other rep items alone and had the imagination to invent new ones that lazybones can simply buy. If they fast track all unique items except for those from big raids etc. they lose some major reasons many people played the game in the first place.
Getting to ride around an amusement park version of Middle-earth only goes so far when it comes to how one spends their precious leisure hours.
I have never been to the moors so that rep horse does not count as far as I am concerned.
But not having to earn all the skirmish outfits, (former) rep horses etc. will bankrupt much of the game in terms of integrity.
The fact that you might still be allowed to beat your brains out with numbing grind to achieve something very hard to get, like the Angmar horse, instead of buying it at the store loses any sane reason behind it when some other dustbag who just joined the game can go buy the thing with zero gaming effort put in.
Long ago, the Turbine EZ Button killed the original LOTRO and any last shreds of Middle-earth On Line. But it was still a fun game.
Although it is now very easy to get a vegetable garden or stuffed bear holding a pie, at least you had to DO the required festival or rep runs required to earn it.
Instead of making rep items worthless by making them available to anyone for real world money, they SHOULD have come up with a way to make rep items that are actually worth working for. Unlike now with the Kindred vendors in Mirkwood having zero armor, jewelry or cloaks of any use to a L65 player.
I am fine with buying pots or armor etc. But the removal of having to earn the non-essential status items, like rare rep items through dedicated gaming is a very bad idea.
It is absolutely rotten to its core.

I bet playing the game without mindlessly grinding rep items will still be fun.
"I have never been to the moors so that rep horse does not count as far as I am concerned."
LOL
Ok, so I've never earned extra rep with so-and-so faction, so that rep-horse doesn't count either, I see your logic there.
I'm happy they made it easier to get some of the horses. They're pretty, besides, what makes getting a rep horse special besides the added hp? "Wow, you have that horse? That's 8 hours of killing mobs poorly spent! Congrats!"
PS: Deed mounts still have to be earned. That's Volume 1, Moria, Lothlórien, Eriador, and Mirkwood. Beyond that all of the mounts were, like I said, a meaningless grind.
I noticed "Access to each guild" on the list. Does that mean our crafters will be able to be in multiple guilds at once? Or does it mean we can spend TP for access to the first one (instead of a rep grind) from now on?
Thanks to the OP for the list. As for LT I started playing right after the last promotion ended. Always regret I hadn't started up a little earlier and bought the LT. Also have to agree that at this point LT will probably never be up for sale again.
