Thread: Tier 4 and 5 Nodes

I am finally getting around to leveling my prospector. Where are the best places to find T4 and T5 Nodes?

Best place for Dwarf Iron/Platinum (tier 4) is the west side of lake Evendim. I still haven't found a "best" place for Ancient Iron/Ancient Silver (tier 5), but you can find it in eastern Misty Mountains, Forochel, and Eregion.

IMO the best place for Dwarf/Platinum is Trollshaws - just keep running in a big circle. Western Angmar and western Misty Mountains is also good. Evendim has it but it's just too far to swim for me (I know there's a but but still).

Ancient Iron and Ancient Silver are plentiful in Forochel and all over Northern Eregion as well as eastern Angmar and eastern Misty Mountains.

What is the dest way to get to the west side of Evendim, short of leveling up to 50?

Why, swim, of course Avoids a whole lotta mobs along the way.

Is there an minimum Level you need to be before the game will seed the area with ancient metals? I ran and jumped my way all over the western side of Evendim, except into (through) the Guandrian (sp) camp and saw none.

Evendim is a Tier 3/4 area. You will not find Tier 5 nodes there.
