Figured we don't have a proper thread to add this good stuff to... so here is one

I once had a 1v1 in Isendeep with Dreadnaught at level 47 and we killed each other at the same time ...that took skill.

We don't have many good 1v1's here so don't expect this to go to far...


Good 1v1's at tr rez/tr area/gv area xealos (warg).......

I will say that some of the best 1v1 I've had were against:

Guwano, Playful, Minge, and DeathPuppy.

the only thing that comes close to beating wardens is wargs, maybe spiders :\

I stink at 1v1 (hey, someone has to be below average at it). I am a much better healer than fighter I think. All that practice healing has left me lacking in kiting skills. Plus I tend to build up gear for healing, not DPS (I am more of a part time Moors-goer). But I still enjoy 1v1s. If nothing else it's good practice. In fact, I owe a certain creep some 1v1s on Candy Mt. sometime soon... I did promise. Although I feel like a chicken putting my head on a block and pointing at my neck saying, "right here Col Sanders... right here!"

I always love it when I actually win a 1v1 too--and sometimes I do. I think one of my favorite 1v1s was against a creep was one where we both died. I killed him and his DoT killed me... it was pretty funny at the time. I think I know who's creep it was, but for the life of me I can't remember the name of the creep (it was over a year ago). So I am reluctant to post it was "so-and-so" and be wrong. I'll have to ask him if it was him next time we are both in game (assuming he even remembers).

I had a really good 1v1 with Turine a while ba.............wait, no, he called his group in on me.

Good 1v1 at xroads Flavorless, I laughed when we both died at the same time

bloodyblades best 1v1 I've had, he had be at 125 morale when he died. Had a couple good ones with refen, DP on his spider, r8 WL named defythem? (that was his name if I remember it correctly).

Last good one I had was vs Superninja several days ago. We both managed to kill each other... always fun when that happens.

And thanks to Giwarrow for not interfering :P loved the creep on creep corpsejump! /respect

I'm going have to pop some cd's so I can beat some things r7+ and post here!

ROTFL, still crying about that eh? Do you know why I formed the group... maybe the 3 spiders + warg that kept ganking the rez circle... next time you want a 1v1 make sure you're not ganking the rez, or (light bulb) scout with the warg (or Minge in OOC burrow) to determine if I was solo or not... then you wouldn't be dead with 6 freeps jumping you... it's not like my group of six was stealthed ~

Btw, Web finds me solo for 1v1s and kicks my butt quite a bit... hmm... lrn2solo?

Mahtty would like solo people riding from GV to EC to stop at least 3 or 4 times, its really annoying burning sprint to chase someone down only to miss and then have someone else ride past just out of range.
Also I tend to play poker and lotro at the same time so if I pounce you and then stop attacking, its cause I have a good hand so the polite thing to do is stop and wait until I have gone all in.

Had a few good 1v1's recently but please even if your in a group don't call for help (by all means call for them to come and watch), I am **** enough I am only there to give you popints as it is!

Ah, good old Mahtty always a pleasure bud... you and Bagazar are few of the creeps that don't mind dying at all... charging a raid solo (remind me of Hurg /heh), /salute and /bow to you both... I know the peanut gallery will add their two cents about the 'free' renown, though, it's not like they've turned down this banzai charged infamy machine.

Meh Rez circles arent that far away. I always like to see how close I can get to a raid before the hunters remember to track Also like /liedown unstealth in front of raids and see how long it takes for someone to see me!

Had a great 1v1 versus Vismond the Warden learnt a few things in that one, like don;t 1v1 Wardens . Also if anyone is unsure of how to kite really effectively, ask Vismond. Best damn example of kiting in that fight bud. Havent been that destroyed in ages.

Also Turine thanks for the sympathy death in front of TR i lol'd then cried when I realised I didnt have a tag

I just had a fun/good 1v1 last night with Polarbash (I think that was the name... a reaver). He won... but the fight was fun. A warg pounced me and attacked before he realized it was a 1v1 and backed off. But truth be known, even without the warg Polarbash would have won.
