When I first looked at it, I thought it said "creamed colon." Upon further review, it doesn't appear that they're packaging human gizzards for consumption--at least I don't think so.

Since you guys asked, my extensive research has found out that you have to suck it inside out. BUT the manufacturer of this artificial sugarbomb will not be held responsible in case of choking caused by amateurish sucking. Nor do they approve of this practice either.

So the usual, hard crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. A bit of a clichee if you ask mee.
