PS> If they had played there classes like they are suppose to we wouldn't of had to sit in front of a npc's. Could have been some good open field going on last night.
Well that's just it, it's like the other night when I was out on my cappie, I was solo and followed luckystrike around TA ford, and a warg came out of nowhere and started attacking him, so I attack the warg, lucky attacks the warg, then some spiders show up and I just start healing lucky, then two rks show up and after about 3-4 minutes of really fun fighting the warg and three spiders are dead. Now could I have just kept trying to dps the warg down before the spiders killed us, yeah but I healed lucky and it turned out to be a really fun fight rather than just getting the renown or kb.
That spy would be me by the way. Along with spying I also exploit, cheat, hack, and have a sweet kill everything button that I got when I beat the game
Lies there is only one captain that you are describing and that is Malvano.
If Vurgash quit we'd see nothing but wargs and spiders in small groups. The leet focus will go away. I know it will. That is until someone else steps up does something besides whine. People should give credit where credit is due which is our leaders. Lack of leaders is what's hurting us so far. (one of the points of this thread aside from population)
Totally agree with this Clown, and it is evident late night. After Vurg logs usually half the creeps out log as well and the other half get on their "solo" toons. Freep groups often come out at this time and creeps refuse to group and end up getting rolled repeatedly and/or hiding inside TA...even though creeps still have close to even or even slightly superior numbers at this time. Then the creep side strat seems to be well lets not group and fight...lets go do maps or hide deep in a keep and hope the freeps get bored and log so we can show our skillz versus AN again! Its sad because there could be some really good small group fights which imo are way more fun then zergs. At least i usually get some good 1v1s going at this time.
PS Clown....Cappy is 64...gimme a week to hit 65 and get some gear.

I have no issues with Vurgash or anyone who assumes a role as a leader. There seems to be some deep-seeded personal problems between players that have gone beyond playing a game and manifested into a bizare love triangle.
He groups up creep players. Unfortunately it turns into a zerg because freeps aren't grouped as well. There is way too much pride getting in the way here. The only real complaint I have for creeps is that the numbers suck...but clearly that's not changing anytime soon so we can all point fingers on a forum or we can try to find a new way to adapt. No amount of complaining here is going to make those who flipped for SoM have a change of heart and in fact probably just does the opposite.
Personally I'd rather be respected by my opponent rather than hated. But a good portion of you guys seem to thrive on the hate which therein lies pvp dying. Not a carebear statement, just the truth.

I disagree. I tend to believe that animosity breeds competition. I would fight much harder (and wrecklessly) to kill someone I dislike, versus someone I respect. Granted, there are some respectable leaders out there who I enjoy fighting against, but they are too few and far between. So we substitute hate because it's so much more viable.

I totally agree.
Hate has its advantages and disadvantages. Unfortunately there is too many grudges on this server. Seems the longer we play the worse it gets. B12 days was a zerg fest and the creeps had it pretty rough. But they were still fun nights because they pushed and freeps pushed all over the place no matter how bad we all played. No one really knew eachother so elitism and dislike for one another was pretty non-existant. The twins and Valistar had the good hate, and used it to push keeps and to "follow the #@%! skull! and push!" 3-4 hour brawls a night.
Today everyone knows everyone and the ones we dont know are asumed to be carebears. And everyone has been there done that and knows all. No one wants to work for there purple numbers anymore.
People get more joy out of living than killing pixels these days. Things have become more personal for some reason.

Understandable yet I don't see eye to eye with you there.
