Thread: wish me luck

tommorrow is my senior south state track meet.... which may be my last if i dont run as good as i hope. lets hope that doesnt happen if we win this meet we almost have state in the bag really or teams only compatiton is in the southren part of the state which is who we are running againts tommorrow. just say a little pray like "let gage run a 56 (57.2 being my current record in the 400m relay) and please dont let him drop the paton (did i spell right?)....... again" thank you all for the support and if you dont support me be sure to post it.... my warg is waiting

actually thats not far from rl i usally like to pretend theres partially/fully nude women at the finish line and they are....... have to stop there this is a open forum

Although it sounds like you're talking about the 4x400...which is a miserable distance to me...hehe.

If u are thinking ur in defeat hips. Your guard dunno how that would help in a race.

Remember....the warg sprint it a 5 minute cooldown and only a 20sec burst. If you want the sustained speed go with the champ sprint.....trust me on this one.

well we ran we came in 3rd of 16 which we could have came in 2nd the other team cheated (roids!!!) an we also beat our school record for a combined time of 3:49 and i beat my personal record with a 56s run... not bad we get to go to state when were we will get 2nd this time!!! (the only beat us by about .3s maybe less the officals had to review the tape for a while... which i thinbk the just flipped a coin to decide) but out team won south state overall which for the boys track was a first time ever thing

I ran the 4x400 back in the day too. Do you have a name for your relay team (ours was the Jimhat crew)? The capt. of the team even had T-shirts made.
