Thread: Hunter Raid--Wednesday--4/28

Hey all its that time again for one of my specialty raids. going to do as many htrs as possible with room for some healers. hopefully we can get 2 raids worth of Htrs. Remember this is for fun, not an OMG We made so much Ren!! So be prepared to charge, kill, die.. Also have a few ideas for a couple of cool things we can do with a htr raid! with that all said i'll be a bit tougher on peoples lvl this time around. min lvl 60.



Same goals as always:

Expect to die!
Expect lots of Lag!
Expect to die some more!
have a laid back fun time!
and lastly expect more lag!

When, where, and what do I need?

Wednesday April 28th @ 9pm Est.(invites will start @ 8:45pm est)
Meeting at GV Stable Master.
Lvl 60+
Bring lots of power pots.
Bring both Light and Fire oils.
Trait for Barbed Fury and Resolute Aim.
Bring your sense of humor.
Be on Freep Vent-- I.P: 174.120.122.132 Port: 3904

For the Aussies' I believe this will be during your Thursday AM time?

I rarely ever PvP, but this sounds like a good time, so I may be there just for giggles.

Sadly, my hunter is only level forty-two, so she will be of little help to you guys. I'll be on Hell, and will be sorely disappointed unless I get atleast two rows of bleeds.

P.S. Yell if any of you needs oils, and any of that other hunter type stuff. I have plenty left over from when I used to craft for raids.

If I'm free, I'll dust off my hunter.

I was going to bring a Defiler, but I'm pretty sure healing will be futile, so I'll go Reaver.

Any extra light oils you can donate(mail to purlas) would be great, Im sure all htrs will have Fire. But I want to do all Light oil at some point when its night time, it should look pretty cool especially if we get alot of htrs on firing ISB with light oil, it will look like lasers!!

Also will need someone who can fraps some, without killing their comp to bad, both freep and creep side.

I can probably fraps creepside, and take screenies, assuming I'm not dead. My PC shouldn't have an issue with it.

Please let it last past 11pm CST! I just made a creep here for the late night action and would love to see how this goes.

The link for the defrag on the main screen helped me out a TON as far as lag in the moors. Last night there was some decent size action and at very high graphics hitching was barely noticeable.

It was a fast dl and easy setup. The defragging itself takes a little time.

Maybe. Skaara hasn't been out there in such a long time. Last time he was out he had the wonderfully fun company of a minstrel by the name of Edhellreth. Oh, how they died laughing and partially naked.

I'll try to be there if I'm not busy. My hunter is cool and he can make fire and light oil for himself.

You guys have to at least take out a one shot.

I'm gonna transfer to elend just for this! (ok not really I was gonna transfer anyway) This sound like so much dps it's gonna kill faster than the 1shots! Let's just hope the creeps will come out because I sense that this may turn into a grams camp!

We've killed oneshots before........... and if we get enough htrs who knows what we're gonna kill

And as far as creep #'s, normally when I run an event like this, there's plenty of creeps. Im estimating 25-35 htrs and atleast 50+ creeps.

If I wasn`t on my phone, I`d link the video of 23 hunters and a captain killing a one shot near DG. All burnhot and heartseeker with oathbreakers... Only one person died. This was done back in book 6.

Also a video of 24 BAs post book 7 all put firedots on a one shot near Ost. Everyone of them died, but the dots took out the NPC too.

There were more than 24 BA's but they still did it

Yea shure and I'm chuck noris and I eat plates for breakfast! They have 200k health. Only about 120 baS needed
