Good for you. Either way, you or one of your scrubs did the dirty deed and I've reported it to Turbine. Honestly, i doubt it's you and based on personalities i'd go with Onada, Mena, or Praedor (in order of most to least likely) but the list was based on players that i've argued with on these threads, and the date of last login for the toon on E -- 4/24 (we were debating things then, weren't we?) . It's a form of character harrassment, and blatently against the CoC.

LOL. I'm very delusional. Here's a SS from Brandywine (The other well known PVP server, and since I've stated my LM is for PvP...)
Should have screenshotted the friends list on Elemendir when i added em. Although logging onto my lvl 10 toon now, and seeing that Jeadien has been removed from the game makes me wonder if it was you, or Mena... since you both have replied since i made the accusation. I do apologize for not adding you into the list of usual suspects though.

Sexually explicit, defamatory, obscene, racially or ethnically offensive names or slang.
Common names, slang or references to drug related substances, culture or paraphernalia.
Names causing harm, mockery or imitation of Lord of the Rings Online players or NPCs, in addition to Turbine, Inc. employees, past or present.
Zero Tolerance... Sounds pretty harsh.

I honestly didn't hear anyone in vent say they took your character name on E. However, our character names, gear, you name it, are not our properties. I don't see the need to go through all the trouble of notifying Turbine that someone "harassed" you by creating a character with a name that you're using, on a server you're transferring to. Especially when we don't own the rights to the name to begin with.
Now, if you have screenshots of someone sending you a tell along the lines of, "I took your name on Elendilmir. If you send me 10 gold, and I'll delete the character." Then, you might have something to work with.

The context in which the act of creating a character, if it is not to create a character to play on that server, and insted placed there as a place-holder to prevent the victim from utlizing their unique name when transfering to the server, qualifies as harrassment. Expecially when the victim has already stated their goal to move to that server, and the name in question is taken after this statement is made.
Thanks for being predictable though and using your main account. My guess that by posting about it, and the violation of the CoC, that whomever did it would delete the character upon a possiblity of being banned. And ya know what? It worked.

Not really. Players getting banned means less revenue for Turbine, which means less content. I've stated this before. Keep thinking otherwise though.
