I have been soloing and fellowing whenever possible and also enjoying the Instance Finder, but its time to find a home. I want to get into some Raid mayhem, but need guidance as I have only been playing for one year. I don’t RP, but I respect those who do. I don’t have a toon named “BigMacSnackWrap” but I do have a pet named “Kermit the Bog”. I love to have fun with the game, including taking down a big ugly, snowball fights and any other kinship activities that may come up. Hopefully we will get seltzer bottles at the next festival.

LOTRO is my one and only MMO. Love the books and the lore and seeing it come to life has been a real treat.

I think I would enjoy doing anything game-related, as I've seen so far. I've never been very into RP, but I have no problem with it.
MMO games you’ve played: More basic ones, nothing like Dungeons & Dragons, Runes of Magic, Runescape, or anything of this sort. I did play Pirates of the Caribbean Online before, which has a similar ring to this game, but is still very far-fetched in terms of complexity.

What do you offer kinships?: Well, I love helping out, even though I'm a low level now, as I get more experience and progress through the game, I'm always willing to help where I can! I'd love to be a part of a small community within the game, meet new people, and share the experience with others. I also have a tendancy to be very upbeat and friendly, and I'm always willing to learn new things.
What kind of kinship you are looking for. (This one is very important for recruiters): I don't think I'm looking for one very geared at doing one thing, so one that does a wide variety of things on a regular basis would be great. I'm looking for a medium-sized Kin, or one with just a very active core group. What I Offer: I'm a fun person to be around, I play my class well and I play well with others! I have led raids before, I was an Officer and Successor in my Kinship when it was running well and recruited many fantastic players. I enjoy every aspect of the game (PvE, Raids, PvP, etc.) and am always looking to group with other people even if it's something my character doesn't need to do. I hope to find a kinship who does angmar/moria/mirkwood/enedwaith instances pretty frequently, since i would like to experience those at least once. Well not to sound completely up myself but on Windy the attitude about me is quite highly spoken. (Not that anyone on Windfola knows what they're doing xD). I am a good minstrel (others might say great but I swear they're lying). Efficient, well versed in my character and her abilities. I've equipped her with all the juicy end game goodies that she loves and as such I'm pretty sure I'd make a good addition to any kin. Oh and I collect hats. Lots and lots of hats. People mail them to me, even people I've never met! As far as what I personally have to offer I'd have to say: I'm great for laughs. Lots of them, whether it's popping every bone pile in SG or accidentally on purpose spamming corruption removal on LT and see how long until the LM starts crying.

What kind of kinship you are looking for. (This one is very important for recruiters): I'm looking for a raiding kin that wont get all up in my face when I cant go on every raid with them. My schedule is pretty messed up. On the other hand I do want a kin that I can join to go on end game raids and completely kick butt. I do go moorsing from time to time...(but I'm the first to admit I'm not that good at it!) I also completely love doing pointless activities so long as it's social. Playing tunes in the 21st, starting parades through Bree, wiping raids with the stink bomb etc etc.

Fairly new to LOTRO started on Dwarrowdelf (got up to lvl 41 on a lore master) and have recently moved to Elendilmir in the hope of finding some more Aussies to play with.

On Elendilmir I have got a Champion (Tyranos) at lvl 25 and a Hunter (Mathanion) at lvl 20 (and a bunch of alts for crafting on 7) - havn't settled on a main yet.

Currently been playing solo, learning the game, leveling, crafting and especially doing the epic story line. Love the lore and the story (I even read the quest text - first time at least anyway) and just journeying through middle earth.

So getting a bit bored of solo play (I love the way the orcs politely stand in-line and let you kill them one at a time) and want to try some more group content but finding it a real pain to get a group together to actually do the group content.

Since my play time is short (and precious... he he) its usually easier to just skip the group content and move on which I hate doing cause it just feels wrong to skip stuff.

Please save our village o noble elf warrior.. Ahhh.. um.. sorry... love to help but its a group instance... good luck anyway.

At the momment I'm playing regularly a couple hours a night once the kiddies are in bed - from about 8:30 pm (after Doctor Who)

So looking for a mature, fun loving, humorous and relaxed group for no-angst funness. Helping out on group content and crafting. I'd really love to find a consistent group to level a bunch of mains with all the way up to 75.

Here is what I'm looking for in a kinship. I realize I probably won't find all these in one, but I'll list them all anyway :-)

--kinship with requirements (I want to be given a trial period, tested in group runs)
--mature people... yeah, this is a video game, but it's the type of game that will ONLY waste your time if not done well
--smart, competent players who have studied their class, game mechanics, and different builds/gear
--large/active enough to do all instances/skirms every week
--friendly and helpful, non-militant/non-elitist attitude
--have beaten all raids, thus far, on Tier 1, and some T2 (it's been a few months now...)
--active in Ettenmoors on Freep side, don't care about creep (on this server anyway)
--is well-versed in plugins like BuffBars and CombatAnalysis
--is team-minded and not self-minded (...necessary to beat T2 raids)

I am dependable and motivated, but not highly experienced (this is only MMO for me); and friendly and helpful (when I can be). If you think your kinship meets most of these and you want to give me a try, please send me an in-game mail.

...A little more info about me/my toons:
All the important virtues are at lvl 12 and I have both toons Kindred with a crafting guild and max/Westfold level. Both toons are kindred with all factions except Eldgang (Rift) and have the 68% world renown horses. I collect gear pieces, even if not specifically for my classes, in the rare event they may show handy. I experiment a lot with builds (traits, legacies, gear) just to see the result. For example, before they made Ardour stance cool, I used it in the 'Moors very effectively (I had a nice build for it). If there's something in the game I need to acquire or attain to make my toon more appropriate for a raid or instance, I will spend the time to get it.

What I don't have, anymore, is a lot of time for maintaining 2 raid-ready toons WITH completely maxed legacies on several legendary items for each toon. I DO maintain a few swapables with cooldowns, at a minimum. For my captain, I have a maxed buffstick and two weapons and one emblem; for my champ, I have 2 runes and 2 weapons. With lvl 85 coming out this fall, I just don't feel the love to sink hundreds of hours into lvl 75, second age items.

I am very flexible with what classes a group needs or wants. I like figuring alternative ways to beat content. I have quite a bit of experience in MMOs with most of it being from Lotro. I have been a member, officer, and GM of the Lorien Alliance, and also a member of Preying Mantis back in the DN and BG days. I do enjoy all aspects of the game; PvP, raids, instances, events, crafting and helping others.

MMO games you’ve played: WoW since release, was originally in the guild Risen, we were in the top 50 raiding guilds in vanilla and BC in the US, recently quit as the game as I lost interest after all these years, mainly played a resto druid and rogue. Tried AoC for a bit, had a sin and dark templar, cleared all the raids, not as fun as I thought it would be though, felt too buggy. Being a fan of Knights of the Old Republic, I tried SWTOR, barely held my interest, so I quit. I play RIFT currently, but only pop in to say hi to friends, but not interested in raiding there as they raid too late for me. I also play DDO sometimes when I want to escape the control scheme of current MMO's.

I am a fast learner, always a team player, have set goals in accomplishing what needs to be done, and I listen. I can heal my butt off as it has been the main role I have played all these years in so many games.I don't afk during raids, I even broke my ankle one time (true story) while raiding in WoW (I leaned back in my chair during a break, slipped, foot got caught between desk and wall, and snap), and waited till after the raid was done before I went to the hospital.

I know I am not 75 yet, I will get there, not asking for handouts, I like to earn my spots and gear, but when I do get to that point, I will let my play style speak for itself. I love hardcore raiding, but also would not mind even a progressive guild. Main concern would be an active player base, not fun being in a guild where no one is ever online and you sit there bored.

Greetings! I've seen the announcement for Riders of Rohan and I'm thinking of returning to the game. I have a tricked-out rank 7 LM on a server that's gone too quiet and I'm looking for a possible new home. In the past I've enjoyed every aspect of the game - questing, raiding, PvP and yes, rp. I'm a lore buff, and I'm an older American broad with real life obligations. I don't suffer fools very well, with a hair-trigger ignore button, but I do like to socialize in the game.

I am a mature, easy to get along with bloke, that has a lot of experience with MMO's. I always play my character to the best of my abilities, even if i am not hardcore raiding i will still read up on tips on how to build and play my characters. When i used to raid, i would always come prepared, reading up on boss fights before hand and showing up prepared with consumables.
I have been an officer/class leader in a few guilds I have been in on other games, as I can provide leadership and often help impart knowledge, experience and guidance to other people.

I am looking for a mature, friendly and active kin. I am only looking for something casual at the moment while i level up my burglar and get the hang of the game again, but my like to get into raiding at some point in the future.

I began playing at launch before going back to WOW as i was still into raiding and did not want to give up the time and effort spent on characters then to start again on a new game, but have long since gotten sick of it. I started playing again when the game when F2P but end up having to stop again due to starting a new job. I have started playing again since i am finding myself with time on my hands again to do so and have tried many other MMO's but this is the only one that i find still holds my interest.

I'm a PvE player, back after some time away, I've mostly been playing solo as I am not in a kinship, however I am looking to change that. Hi there, I'm an inexperienced newbie looking for an easy-going Kinship to help me learn2play properly. (I've never even been in a Fellowship before.)

What kind of kinship you are looking for. (This one is very important for recruiters): It might sound weird but a active one! not a kin that "ONLY" has the same 2 people on everyday (and the other members being alts or people who have stopped playing).
I am hoping for a kin that has enough people to tackle the group content etc that doesn't mean it has to be HUGE kin just like I said before a active one. Also a kin with the ability to have fun, people who enjoy doing what the game has to offer while having fun at the same time.
I enjoy all aspects of the game from questing, instance's, raiding, to PvP. One thing I "am not" is a hardcore raider.... I have a job I don't want a second one haha But actual raiding itself I LOVE!
