What do you offer kinships?: I am always trying to learn more about the character type that I play in any game that I am playing and about the mechanics of whatever game I am playing. Give the time to learn and the practice of going into encounters I can learn how things work and assist leaders in planning strats/ help to form balanced groups for specific encounters. I am a team player...I will help out with whatever I can, whether it be with kin mates or people that I meet out in middle earth.

I'm also very much aware that people have "lives" and that they can get in the way of raid nights etc.

(This one is very important for recruiters): I'm looking for a Kin that does things together , raids , fellowship encounters etc. One that takes the time to get to know its members. I've been away for some time and need to catch up a bit gearwise , so a bit of patience and help would be appreciated. I prefer playing my champ but I'm also happy to fit into a raid group with one of my other characters ( I used to raid in WOW with a druid because healers were required although I preferred playing my warrior). As stated above I am very well versed at leading PvE raids and groups when needed to. Im all about end game content and I both run around Freepin and Creepin between PvE events. Why kinships should be interested: I'm rarely grouchy after the second cup of coffee and occasionally have a sense of humor. Generally if I'm awake I'm logged in and available on one of my alts for helping out where needed. I'm raising a family of alts to be self sufficient in day to day consumables and I keep my characters fairly well equipped.

What kind of kinship I am looking for: Rank 7+ casual kinship, no required dues or web page signups, optionally with some (non-mandatory) scheduled group activities. I played LOTRO quite a bit back before Moria. So, I've been away for a while (with some comings and goings). I've mostly been playing WoW since then with some old guildies, but with a lot of them having left the game I'd like to start-up again over here. Over the years I've played in the hardcore raiding guilds (min/max), so I typically keep that mentality in how I approach my character. However, I won't let it get in the way of fun at this point of my life and what I am looking to get out of this game.

My goal for the game is to be able to log in and have a chat and do a little bit of whatever before logging off.

Long time Asheron's Call player, then moved to Dark age of Camelot and had multiple high level characters there and ran a large guild on one of the servers. I have been playing Lotro for 2 years now, and have 4 lvl 65's with end game gear. I have pretty good experience with the end game raids. I am very easy to get along with, am more than willing to help others players succeed, and am pretty reliable. I was a raid leader in my last kinship, so I will bring a sense of leadership and organization with groups that I run, as well as knowing my part of what I need to do when I am not leading.

On Kinships...

I am an easy going person that does not take gaming too seriously. Like to think this is a stress release to my work that I can play after work and after the kids go the bed. Because of my timezone I dont tend to see to many players in the regions I am in (Lone Lands and wandering somewhere outside of Bree)

I am looking for a kinship that has players around my level, and don't mind helping each other if asked. Not to fond of players that tell you you should be able to solo that - if I ask, its cause I need help, not because I am lazy.

So I am looking for a casual friendly kin that does not take itself to seriously, and looks after its members. I'm a level 43 Champion who enjoys weaponsmithing in his free time. I just came back to TLOTRO after something like three years; I've been playing it since the beginning and when I first started I belonged to a kinship called Rangers of Tharbad. Because I have not played for so long I am a bit of rusty on many things so having a kinship would help me. I am pretty friendly most of the time and enjoy helping others so I'd also be a good asset to the kinship!

I am not looking for a big kinship nor one focued on raiding, PvP. I'd be okay with role-playing as long as it isn't taken too seriously.

Hello there. I have played several toons up to 65 on Landroval. However, I was not happy with the general atmosphere of the kins I was locating. I prefer exploration grouping, and I like raiding but I am not a hard core raider. I hate doing the same dungeons over and over and over just to get gear. I just like the grouping. When I log in, I would like to find kinnies just to hang out with and smoosh stuff. If it means a raid, spiffy. But I extensively group with kinnies and like to go do the things not looked at in a long time (Garth Angmar, Carn Dum etc) just for giggles.

I have just started off a loremaster. I will concentrate on that toon for now to get it up to level. Then my guardian and minstrel. I do NOT like the dkp system. I love teaching new people (though I have been out of the game for 6 months). If this sounds like a good fit, give me a tell. I'm on a lot lately. The toons name is Geostorm.
