Thanks that is all! If you wanna flame me go for it, I have been around to long to care.

I second this... and I periodically put the guy on ignore, but its not because I disagree with his positions (although I often do), but because there are times where his "style" makes my eyes bleed.
There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old's life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.

Re: 3 reasonable changes to the hunter, as seen by a veteran hunter

I actually like the idea of a buff for 100% crit chance.

Let's just imagine that HS will turn into a 10s buff giving 100% dev crit chance on next shot and makes it impossible for it to miss or BPE. I'd say make it even a skill with 6-9 focus requirement on a 5m CD.

Shot through the heart would add +50% Critical damage to the buff

Heart of a bard would add probability to trigger HS effect on crits from BA, so you won't be able chain that skill with HS>BA>HS>BA because of the CD.

About ports and campfire - insignificant. End game hunter doesn't have to have entire bar for ports. Most of us use MD, 21st, Mirk ports every day and a few others that can be clicked from skill tab. But speaking of bind to a camp - I agree as hunter levels up we should be able to bind to more camps and get a drop down for that.

Also about our CC skills. We should get ToF bonus or Capstone turn our CC skills from inductions to focus. This should fix the problem with slow CC.

    Something like this:

Fly True: 5 Minute Cooldown, 10 second buff.

Description: For the next 10 seconds you have a 100% crit chance.

    or

Description: Your next skill will have a 100% crit chance.

Something I would also like to see would be a legendary trait that allows hunters to move at 30% speed in camoflauge, to increase the skills usefulness in PVE and in PVP.

We dont need Another aspect added to our class... We just need our current skills to be tweaked to become more useful... If you are a hobbit or elf you can move in stealth useing the race trait/skill. And the crit idea sure it would be nice But people would call OP due to the fact we have heartseeker... not to mention burgs have it really to garentee their Crit response skills open. (I have a burg too ) and i would feel like you were steping on my toes.

And to the original Ideas of this topic . I agree for the most part. Fleet stance IMO need at least to make 1 skill instant that is an induction to start with.

Yeah I didn't think my suggestions would be well recieved but that's just me. I agree that our current skillset needs tweaking, Fleet Stance needs to be useful, and all that jazz.

    1. Interrupt: I'm not sure about this. I would rather have corruption removal improvements over an interrupt added, although I wouldn't mind one.

    2. Stance:Fleet Quickshot enhancement: I absolutely agree here. What fleet stance needs are better on the move shooting like Findros said. It also needs better snares. It frustrates and boggles me that fleet stance is meant for kiting but the only snare you can use is lowcut. Fleet stance screams for snares. It could open up a whole new approach to kiting. Currently S:S with the legacy is better for kiting than S:F.

    3. Traps/Snares: I would love to enhancements to Set Snare, but I would love to see traps overhauled period. There have been several good suggestions for improving traps and it's worth a thread of its own.

    4. Improve Bright Campfire: Again there have been several good suggestions for improving BC here and in the past. Also worthy of its own thread.

    5. Hunter Ports: Agree with the idea of consolidation to a single selection window.

Damn I already put my ideas up and capped at 3 but Ports were another one.

I could save so much time and money by switching to a GEICO type of Porting System. Minus the Ghecko of course.

    1) Campfire needs a buff to out of combat morale and power regen...
    .
    2) we need a melee instant interupt on maybe a 1 min CD (or longer)
    .
    3)(still thinking)
would like our ranged interupt as an instant shot too....

(i hate not being able to remove coruptions til 50% and not being able to interupt at least one of those induction heals instantly....)
