Can someone please tell me what the point of diminishing returns is on will/fate/vitality, with the new 650 cap?

Just ran some numbers for Fate and ICPR.

fate @ 83: 1.6 ICPR per fate.
fate @ 146: 1.2 ICPR per fate
fate @ 256: 0.9 ICPR per fate
fate @ 341: 0.8 ICPR per fate
fate @ 533: 0.65 ICPR per fate

There is no diminishing returns for Tac Crit and Fate. So at all levels of Fate, you gain 2 tac crit for each point of fate. And every 20 fate give you approximately 0.2% crit chance.

I realize these numbers probably appear elsewhere. But a quick search didn't find them. So I broke out the Excel spreadsheets. =)
