Thread: New epic loot from Moria instances

If you just check the lorebook, there is a ton of new level 60 teal jewelery... I think many are from HoC and possibly 16th hall and DD, but can anyone confirm what they have gotten from these instances that have probably 60+ to a stat or whatever?

On a separate run, a bracelet with 65 agility dropped. The name escapes me, but there was no Vit or Morale.

who drops "Blizzog's Treasure"???!! "Edhel-Dagor"?? "Fea-Hiril" ??!! "Manadhgor"?? "Miringor"?? "Nar-Mir"??

I got a necklace with 65 might 20 agil and 20 fate from Forges HM chest.

My Lotro hasn't updated yet, and i'm not home. But the Champ got a 75 might necklace from the Forges last night. It's 'cooool'. Name is something like Strand of Fire or something like that.

It's definitely the same piece. I, however, had to win the roll against 3 others. I'm using it for solo play, it is great!

Those are all of the teals I have seemed to come across. I have seen at least 3 of them drop. 2 in HoC and 1 in WW. Lost one is obviously in 16th and Talug's is FG. Some of the stuff looks nice, other stuff may be able to find a home in someone's build.

Pro tip: Right-click on the piece's image and go to Properties. The URL for the image often contains valuable info about where it comes from, provided the image is unique (and many of these are). For example, the URL for Blizzog's Treasure ends with earring_generalscommand_4.png, indicating it may be from FG, and Edhel-Dagor has ring_mirrors_2.png, indicating HoM. (Can you tell I'm hunting pieces to make up for the eventual Will deficit my captain will face... ?)

It doesn't work for everything (Fea-Hiril gives ring_namelessplaces_2.png, which could be just about anywhere in Foundations of Stone), but it's definitely worth looking into if you really want to know what might drop in advance

From your hypothesis, Fea would drop in DN or DD then.

Filename is 'eq_bracelet_tower_2'. Slightly better then the '1' version.

Bracelet of the Tower
Filename is 'eq_bracelet_tower_3'. Slightly better then the '2' version. It seems they get better as the number goes up...

There is a bracelet 4:

And a bracelet 5:
Mîr-Aduial
It ends there bracelet wise. There are a lot of necklaces too.

The filename says 'eq_bracelet_craftinghalls_2' meaning Hall of Crafting, 2nd bracelet that drops in there, i just looked for the '1'st and it's the Curunechor. There is no 3rd bracelet, it ends with this one.

The formula for the 'equipment' file names go:
eq_SLOT_CODENAME_#

eq = equipment
SLOT = pocket, ear, wrist, finger, etc.
CODENAME = where it drops.
# = the number of pieces of 'equipment' per 'slot' in that 'codename' place.

These are correct. These are the names of the doors in the E&G tavern on bullroarer and they go to the instances that you have stated.

Is it just me, or did they already fix this? Fix assuming they didn't want us to be able to do this.

But I've tried this several times today and have not seen any info where yesterday I was able to.

Grampz - works fine. I've checked all of the jewelery and gear I know to my list of codenames and they all match up. Both new and old jewelery alike.

The stuff I don't have nor ever have seen drop, there are people who can confirm it. for example there are people who can confirm the Bracelet of the Tower drops from BG (first boss).

I see slight improvements in the new jewelery, nothing ground breaking.

There are some items that still need to be added. I got this data from data.lotro.com and some items aren't showing the mouse-over info, but most are. I'm still tweaking the script that uploads this info.

Not one teal dropped. I really hope they didn't take the miniature brass anvil drop spot and drop rate and add 4 additional items to it.

Ummm, Bind on Acquire means you cannot just buy it, you have to farm instances and be there when it drops.
