"Uninstalling Previous versions of Turbine Download Manager", followed by crash

Hi, when I tried to run the TDM for the trial installation of the game today, the manager crashes upon trying to 'Uninstalling Previous versions of Turbine Download Manager' in the 'Installing Dependencies'-screen.

It's paired with a pop-up from windows saying TdmVersionCheck encountered a fault and had to be shut down.

Now, I vaguely remember having the Turbine manager on my PC quite some time ago (1.5 years or so), but I have deleted both whichever game it was and Turbine Download Manager since then. As such, TDM doesn't show in my uninstall/add programs window

Are there any other traces of the TDM that I need to remove to be to install it (again)?

    Thanks in advance

I'd check in the "C:\Program Files\Turbine" folder for any left behind install files. It may be a registry issue though if you just deleted the installs but didn't run the uninstaller.

I'd definitely open a support request if it keeps up and you haven't yet.
