Thema: Character stuck with arms outstretched

All my characters on all servers do not respond to the movement keys, and all have their arms outstretched. I can move camera around, but not move my character. Some of the other players and npc's have their arms outstretched, but this is only visible to me, as I asked another player and he said his arms were not in that position. I get chat just fine. Please help.

i have occasonaly had this happen to me when zoning in somewhere, usually at The Last Homely House in Rivendell but it has always fixed it's self on leaving the zoned room/house.

Yes, that has happened to me once, but I have logged in and out a dozen times, still stuck with no movement, and its on ALL of my characters. I so much want to play!

Sounds like you are losing a lot of packets.
