    Exclamation Moving Subscription

    Hi i have a EU subscription atm
    i played the 10 day trail but didnt know i was playin on the US servers
    iv activated my key with the EU servers is there any way i can move over to the US server with my same subscription

    The European servers are provided and handled by Codemasters. The US servers are provided and handled by Turbine. Each has its own client, account, forums, keys, etc. Different companies, different accounts. Can't transfer characters or accounts between the two. You can contact Turbine Account Management to see if they can do anything. Since you already used the key, don't expect much.

    Unfortunately, as Penter noted the EU and North American/Oceanic versions of the game are run by different companies. We have completely separate versions of the software, product keys and billing systems. I'm sorry, but we don't have any way to move your EU account or key (trial or full version) to the NA/O billing system and servers.

    You can certainly continue to play on the EU servers. Generally once you've leveled once it is easier the second time around.

    If you want to play on the NA/O servers, you'll need to purchase that version of the game. You can do this online or in a store. If you are actually in Europe, you may need to contact the Account Management department for assistance in adding your credit card. You can call or fax (if you want to fax, send them and email and they will let you know what details to send and the number).
