Apparently there is a bug in this deed, like the pit fall deed. You HAVE to die from misadventure in the AIR not from landing on the ground.

Regarding this one as a supplementary note - some people might have difficulty getting this one if the loading screen for the Waterworks takes too long to come up.

In my case, trying to get this title I jumped down and once the loading screen was finished, I was half way down in the fall. No title. So I tested this out by getting back to the Chamber of Crossroads as quickly as possible (if you're willing - you could just bind your map to up there if it's easier) and jumped down again. Loading screen barely stayed up for a second or two and I died in the air - got the title.

Hey Remmy... just an FYI about a title


Your title entry for winning the Legendary Lothlorien Battle Challenge lists the title as

Champion of Victory in Lorien

Well, that is the title that Champions get, but it's actually [Class] of Victory, so the title is different for each class.

I thought Champion Of Victory Of Lorien just sounded... like bad english. This makes the title a bit more unique and makes the "bad" sound of multiple Of's okay. Will change it asap!

Jumping in the middle of the well does make this one work. DIEING is not a requirement however! I got it and lived thru that particular fall even tho I died during several other attempts.

Toon #2 died when he hit the water but got the title. But he jumped to one side when he was jumping (trying to see if it is a counter).

Toon #3 died in mid air and got the title. But toons 2 & 3 were both rez sick from previous fall when they got the title. Maybe that is the key?

I added some of your notes to the deed. Thanks for testing it, I do not have alts (except banks) so I can not test this one. However, rez sickness is NOT a requirement as I got it my first time around. Ironically enough, if I didnt get it on my first time around I would have thought about that one resturant that farva likes with all the goofy stuff on the walls... yeah shinanigans.

I had my captain sit up at the well and got a bunch of guildies that wanted the deed. So I summoneed them and had them jump, then summoned them again.

All got the deed on the second jump except 2. One jumped and lived, then got into a fight with a salamander and had to jump 2 more times to get the deed. The other one was a second toon on someone else account. Their first toon took 2 jumps but when they changed toons, the second toon got it in one jump.

Sometimes folks died, sometimes they did not. So it does look like it is simply a loading thing. Die, release, goat back to crossroads, jump again works. Summoning works. Both involve getting back without doing other things between jumps that might affect the data in memory.

The actual rules will never be known except to the devs.

Okay, I finally posted the bk 8 deeds.

Sorry for the long delaye - being burned out + school/vacation = I dont have much time for Lotro.

Also, I am still missing hidden deeds (however I havnt gone in the instances and finished them fast, like I normally do).

Another thing is I might be missing some regular deeds. Here is a count - please check your list with mine to see if something is missing:

Social: 2 deeds
Halls of Mirror: 2 deeds
Nala-dum (ww3man): 3 deeds
Halls of Crafting: 4 deeds
Dar Narbugud: 6 deeds

Note: if it has multiple tiers I counted it as one deed only.

So did you come up with those numbers too?

As for hidden deeds, I'm assuming at least one per instance when you complete all the deeds per instance. Then again, I could be wrong.

Plus, there probably is some goofy hidden deed out there (like well-traveled). Normally 1-2 of those makes it per bk/big patch.

yes i have the same numbers for all except DN (i havent set foot in there yet so)

in HoC, i have like 4 more ranged orcs to kill to finish my last deed in there, so i should know soon if there is a deed associated with completing all other deeds in the instance, will let you know soon

as for the 3 mans, ive only done WW twice, and the other once, so itll be a while before i complete all the deeds in those 2

ok, i completed all of the HoC deeds and got a hidden deed notice

its called Liberator of the Halls of Crafting, and awards title: Master of the Anvil

Yeah, I love the existance of this list. Is there a SoA hidden deeds list somewhere out there. I mean the deeds like Pork-Chopper and stuff really should be listed. I actually had no idea there was a deed for completing all annuminus deeds till recently.

Only 39 more deeds to go to max out Brubaker's quest slots...

Yeah, that should be added to the original list of deeds, but hey, that guy quit a long time ago (or at least stop posting on that list).

This list is concluded now. I do not plan on making another list once the expansion goes live. For several reasons (one being my computer is broken and im poor). Someone else will have to take the torch, hopefully.

There are 2 picked up.

One is on the ground in the room with the chef.

The other is in the hall way with holes on the side right before the boss's room. If you are heading up towards the boss its on the right, right after the first door into to the hall way.

And yes, it is possible to pick up the hall way one with-out clearing, you just have to be crafty and quick.

I dont remember which is which.

any news on any new hidden deeds after the patch this morning, i know i got one from the inn league for the deliverys CD, URU, BG and Soa/MoM which gave mounts

All the new hidden deeds that come with this last patch are in Jadzi's guide... which also should be stickied.

I'm going to guess the Ridge Racer deed has been removed. I'm standing on top of the tower at the location specified and got nothing. Maybe there's something you have to do first in order to get it to trigger.

i did Ridge Racer reasonably recently, so it hasn't been removed since Echoes of the Dead; however you DO have to have the quest pack to get the deed... if you're visiting the landmass of Eregion without having the quest pack, the deed (like all deeds in areas you dont have the quest pack for) wont be available.

.....And it doest work any more! I have tried the various falls three or more times and no deed nor title. I suspect that after the Moria Re-vamp it has been removed. Disappointing to say the very least. However I hope your still playing LOTRO and you receive this message and can find out more or remove it from your most valuable list. Thanks for taking the time.

It worked 3 weeks ago when I got it on an alt. Maybe you have been extremely unlucky and it just haven't triggered - or the spots you have tried were ones you already had.

So.....where do I find out how many trolls per run you can get when doing DN? It's the last one of the meta deed i need to do. Hard enough at my level (85) to find people to run DN, let alone for multiple times (if needed) just to complete the slayer deed. I only need 25..... (Lol).
