May have missed it in your list, but there is a Rug recipe for T3 as well. It's the "ring and leaf" or something i think.

I'll be updating this guide here in the near future. I'm currently in the process of leveling up with the Tailoring Guild, getting the new supreme tier recipes and trying to get to Supreme Master Tailor.

I'll start updating soon and go over everything and make corrections as needed.
