Warg- Rank 4 - 7 - 13 and 14 are the winners for me.

Always loved rank 4 look. I kept it rather then taking the rank 5 look when I ranked up.

PITA to do it this way but the results scale well and the details look nice -- yeah, those are you screenshots.

so basically we'll be seeing alot of appearance changing with all the rank 5's and 6's?

For the spider: Rank 7, 8 and 13 look the coolest to my eye-clusters.

Reaver ones are the worst. by far. Only rank 11 and 5 look good.

Rank 5 and 8 reaver appearences are EXACTLY the same. take a close look.

Thanks for posting these! I recently started a new warg, and I'm particularly excited about the grey-to-white coloured appearances.

Thanks for organising how the rank ups look for the classes. Makes life so much easier knowing what will come.

I agree, Reaver ones need some help. There isn't enough variation in the middle ranks. The last 4 looked better though.

it's like a game of where's waldo trying to spot the differences in some of the reaver appearances.. and some of the Warleader ones are pretty similar, but overall they're pretty nice.

Although some of the appearances are nice and all, it's more a prestige thing to get that high of a rank just to look pretty, there better be more incentives in trait/skill form, otherwise it just seems like too much of a grind.

Love the R13/14/15 skins for Warg.

To me, WL looks best at R7, 12, and 14.

The armour on 15 is sweet, but the overall color scheme is too bright for my tastes. I also really don't like the glowy eyes of most of the higher rank skins. I wish we could have different shield designs too. There are some dwarven shields Freepside that would look vicious on WLs.

The only thing I don't like about the Uruk Blackarrow appearances, is that none of them show a bow and quiver equipped, they look just like grunts. You think that would be an easy thing to add.

5 and 11 are my fav's for reaver.

why is the last rank WL a paladin?

Love the wargs, the spiders look wicked too. Anyone else think the WL shield should change? Very cool post though, ty for posting!

For my money, the best looking ones are....

Warg - 5, 4, and 15
WL - 8, 7, and 11
BA - 4, 13, and 5
Weav - 5, 8, and 14
Reav - 10, 11, 14-15

You know, this gave me an idea for an "event" the devs could run. Make one week or something where creeps could, for a very small DP "fee," equip any appearance of any of the ranks just for that week. Even as someone who plays a freep in the moors, I think it would be fun to see lots of these other creep appearances running around for a bit.

Screens were taken on Roheryn the preview server. They also have a bestower in Grams on Roheryn that can rank you up to rank 11 automatically if you want to test out some of the higher rank skills/traits.

Weaver rank 7 looks to be one of the best IMO, the 11-15 appearances for weaver look good too but on a real server...let's be honest 7 is the only feasible option for most :P

I love the WLs r9, 14 and 15 appearance. The golden armour is awesome and it even has a white hand logo on the front!

Also how did you find the rank symbols for that entry on lotro-wiki?
