When you attack someone you have a "tag" on the gains from that players death for the next 20 seconds(same if you heal someone who attacks someone) sometimes these tags seem to bug and you...

I would guess what is happening too you is your going out on a session to play in the moors, then going back and doing some PvE...at some point someone got a bugged tag on you and if you die in pve...
