It seems to me that the War-steed gilded set has replaced the Lossoth & Dusk-watch horses. On my server nobody got any of the steeds so far. It seems they no longer drop. :(

There is a toggle option available since Update 10 that allows you to turn off forced emotes. I think it's located on the social tab. No need to suffer anymore! :D
