Some wardens here are talking about ~3-4k hits from DbtD devastate. Imagine creep QQ, if you have some luck and hit them twice for 8-10k.

I guess you are talking about skills on level >30. In that case those are melee and ranged versions of the same gambit. If it's not the case, we need more information.
