after going through my characters I discovered one who could go to Othrikar and colloect the quest. 5 scrolls for me :)

Same thing happens to my RK - although I'd say it's closer to 20%, which is quite annoying. My hunter and LM also logs on below health, but not to the same degree. My Guard logs on at full health.

When using LOTRO forums remember to:
