Haha I'm actually gonna completely 100% agree with you. People have work, school, "life" (the real kind) to handle. I've read and written some pretty dumb things but they all bow before that quote.

Two things
1. Yeah i agree that it doesn't matter if a person plays on both sides.

2. Rank isnt a measure of skill it's usually a measure of time invested. There are plenty of r9 and below...
