I've farmed all 3 Annuminas runs tons of times, and can't seem to get lucky and have one drop.

Much less, I know of no champ on the server that has either, yet.

I rarely have power issues on my 85 champ, I have 530 fate, 4702 power, and 4392 icpr with fervor in my normal mostly hytbold dps gear.

I had held onto the second wind...
