What usually works for me and tops everything is using Anthem of the Third age (I usually have that up) then coda, free instant bolster courage, chord...

It means your next coda is more likely to be a critical (increasing the critical rating of it). You don't get any crit buff.

@Nemulas - You really prefer not to run an anthem? What level is your Mini?
I mean, at the cap you get 302 power, 1020 tactical mastery, critical + a lot of ICPR from the fate just for a few power...

I just use a maxed Herbalist, traited for heals, power HoT and incoming healing buff. Helps when healing the tank in skraids, helps with power when soling/skraiding, keeps it up while dpsing and...

Those stats are just on 2handed LIs, and as you said, sometimes they are just rubbish.

Yet you ask the mechanic to show you the engine.

You should find a westfold jeweller, there are some nice bracelets with the stats you need.
I still use this one for morale (and it has some nice things useful to my Mini).
