I picked up a Shield of the Erebor Warden, which procs crit defense, so I picked up the mitigations defender ring and I'll pick up the huntsman ring with the heal. To each their own, I guess.

Legacy scroll stacking
Let me stack scrolls. I stockpile these things for future use, but they take up a ton of space in inventory and vault because they don't stack at all.

They probably got sick of hobbits complaining about the shields clipping through armor, shoulders, heads, and weapons... though they didn't fix the last one.

Re: Never Surrender (still) bugged in Update 5
It's weird that this is still occurring since the Captain skill Last Stand is so similar. I suspect the issue is that if you take a mortal blow (one that drops you the full 10% remaining to 0% or...

Re: For Your perusal
Well if I understand the numbers, each builder generates a +1% partial chance for block, parry, and evade. That's effectively a +3% chance to take less damage. This doesn't negate it, obviously,...

Re: For Your perusal
Sure... you have Block/Parry/Evade, right. You also have Partial Block/Parry/Evade. The game will initially check to see if you B/P/E, and if you don't, you still have a chance to Partial B/P/E. ...

Hots scaling, tactical mastery, ok.
Never surrender... what happened? I liked 5% and 75%/50%? Was it just too OP for the moors or something and so it had to be nerfed? Also, there is no mention... -
Loot
So I was thinking about this today... since raid loot can sometimes be ridiculous (about 1 in 12 chance to win something nice) why not take a page from DDO's loot strategy? Granted, the last time I...

The bolded part of this is stupid, but true. I'm still not sure it's possible to do all OD Tier 2 challenges without stacking a group for something. IMHO, you should be able to accomplish...
