I have this issue too. I /bugged it but haven't been able to check today if anything has changed.

What I do when this happens is that I stop the mount completely, and then restart again. Only fix I know of so far.

You sure the tasks are 75? They did lower the level in the area, so not everything is 75 anymore.

The rope is not a joke. It's a solution for those who don't have the Lothlorien quest pack.

You got book 6 done bcos it ported you directly in front of Galadriel when it ended. What you need to do is use a rope that is found outside Caras Galadhon.

What you COULD do is take your time and have some fun though.... not everything needs to be rushed in less than 24 hours.... That way you'll have less time to have that "repeatable grind".
