I hope it didn't sound like I was supporting this sort of action. My comment was meant to highlight that one person can cause a great deal of grief and it actually IS a LARGE problem.

When one person can influence the gameplay of HUNDREDS at will, its a problem. It should be toggled at minimum or outright banned.
