Silver rings mean you're too low a level for the quest. Grey rings mean you're overleveled. The actual visual difference is slight, but it is there, so if it is a silver ring, you aren't at a high...

So which quest causes her to phase out? You say to turn in They Deserve a Better Fate first, but what is the name of the quest that causes her to phase out as that would be much more useful to know...

Just a thought, but did you try searching on the name, i.e. "Dagorlad"? I know when I bought it it did not show up under the drop-down type menus in store exclusive steeds, I had to actually search...

Positive, kill 30 (I think) boars just south of Langhold worked for me.

My understanding is that if you already have the item (gold cap unlock), it shouldn't show as available in the store. So my guess would be that if you have the option to buy it, you don't have it.

I believe it is the Dwolung Hole located at 40.7S 54.5W. That is my best guess from memory and looking at the dynamic map (http://dynmap.ruslotro.com/#East%20Rohan:%20The%20Wold).

If I remember correctly, the "secret fishing hole" in Enedwaith has all the fish needed for all three trophies in it. That is where I completed my deeds anyway. Note that this was before RoI came...

I believe that is WAI then. I believe the "On every Harmful skill" part, means harmful skills directed at you. So if you CC a mob, and have that mob targeted, but you take damage from another mob...

I don't know what the stats are for that item off the top of my head, but if it has a chance to reflect damage, then it can easily happen:

*Mob puts a DoT on you.
*You CC mob.
*As DoT ticks...

Very minor nit-pick, but aren't the FA symbols at the barterers gated behind completing one of the new raids at least once? If so you will have to raid at least once to get your FA symbol that way....

I thought something was said about each scaled instance only dropping a gold for one class. i.e. GB might drop Burg item, but Annuminas would drop a Mini item. I could be remembering incorrectly...

The Ticker Tape Parade is a festival emote item, therefore if they have the toggle turned off, they won't be able to see it even if someone does use it. ;)

Do all quests in Moria, eventually you'll hit the right one? If you think you've done them all, go back and walk every pathway, they added a few folks in the middle of nowhere with quests. Best...
