You don't need anything too beefy to run lotro well. My laptop specs: AMD A10-4600M, HD 7670M (Dual Graphics with the APU), 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD. It runs lotro on very high at 1920 x 1080.
As for me,... -

Re: What's everbodys problem with Moria?
I'd guess that much of the Moria dislike was due to it being the old end-game area, people just got sick of being down there that long.

Oh right, forgot about the stat caps. Are people still regularly throwing out conviction in their rotation nowadays? Even back during pre-roi, warden tanking revolved around leaching threat instead...

Re: After Much Waiting...
I haven't really played my Warden since RoI released, so I don't have an opinion on the aggression nerf. It can't be all that bad though, I didn't have problems holding aggro without aggression...

Re: Star Wars: The Old Republic
It sounds like dynamic environment to me, similar to the forges last boss with the rotating flames. I wouldn't call that twitch combat, more situational awareness.

Re: Soldiers on the landscape
They'll probably design future solo content around having soldiers. In SWToR, the content is designed in such a way that you pretty much need your companions.

Hopefully they'll find that the demand for these are elastic and will reintroduce the old accelerators. At least I won't be buying these accelerators.

Well guess my Warden will be parked until the next major update. Unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately), SWTOR will be releasing around the time of update 5, so my Warden may not be seeing much...

I never said warden bleeds are any less effective, rather that their bleeds are relatively normal in comparison to guard's while both are dps traited. Poor choice of words in my prior post, but...

Interestingly warden bleeds might no longer be all that great, relatively speaking. Apparently a level ~65 red traited guard can put out about ~340 every two seconds in bleeds now, which is about on...

Seems to be a case of them balancing around endgame without much concern for lower level content. Another example would be the burglar's counter-defense nerf to compensate for finesse, which of...

Just regular leveling will not gain anywhere near enough TP to get all the quest packs. Time is a scarce resource; she has already stated that she values her time more than TP grinding.

A new armour set in update 5, that seems a bit soon for a whole new gear set. Maybe I'm just used to moria, where that set remained viable for years.

So new players won't get passives to train every other level? Well that dampens the excitement of leveling up for new players.

I play both a tank and a healer, the demand for both is about the same. You'll see "LFM 5/6 Tank" and "LFM 5/6 Healer" all the time.
