for me it's the combat music.
I absolutly can't stand it but we only have the option to turn of all music. So i kinda missed out on all new music since moria..

I think just a clean reinstall of windows with up to date drivers is what you need. It can do wonders for a old comp.
And if you got some chnage buy upgrade to windows 8. It runs better than vista...
