I'm playing from 8:30 to 11:00 every night IRL, and in game it's dark, like, almost always. I wonder if it's a coincidence or if LOTRO is made to be dark that often.

It seems like it's night time 3/4 of the time I'm playing.

Is there a setting to change the day/night?

I have two rifflers, one has a 100% prelude to hope, and the other has a + to Finesse.

What is Finesse?

and What is the prelude to hope increase only on yourself? or only others?

I've seen all three kinds. If you equip a lightning rune -vs- a frost rune, what's the difference in damage or any benefits?
