When I dropped VIP for premium, I was able to regain access to my BA with all its traits/abilities/maps etc by paying the TP to unlock it. You won't be able to use DP for perks.

An uruk heal randomly selects up to 6 targets. Sometimes those targets include WL banners. maybe just a bug but maybe either a bug or a never implemented feature that the banners were supposed to be...

Indeed, most of my tribe left windy back in the day. (saurons legions/syndicate) those folks who still play are ranked 11+. Populations fluctuate - check surugi stats.

What is the complaint of having good gear obtainable through PvP? It's just another avenue for folks to get gear other than through PvE raiding why would this cause any issue?

Hot feet. Folks standing in tar that are lit up have a chance of igniting the tar turning it into a fire trap which both does aoe fire damage and burns away the tar.

Make the pvp gear only usable in pvp and give freeps lockers up in GV for them to store their pvp gear.

I think they are going to make freeps session toons and thus any armor they get will be pvp only. New skills and bling as they rank. Like creeps only with bling.
