Two accounts
I have two accounts. I don't see the second account characters when I sign up for the lottery. My entire second account can't sign up. Am I missing something?

Theoretically, you can't have one forum name tied to both accounts. Do you have a forum name for the 2nd account? If so, have you tried signing out, signing back in with that account, and checking?

Do you have two different accounts, or one account with two subscriptions? If the former, then there would be a separate forum name that you would ahve to use to log into the MyLOTRO site to see the characters on that account. If it's the latter, then I don't know how it's handled.

One account with two subscriptions require that each subscription have a forum account attached, just like if they were solo accounts on the myaccounts page just create a forum account for each of your subscriptions that are missing them, then join the lotteries and good luck
