Big issue - Submited Bug - No Resolution

My my.lotro page is still showing characters that I have deleted and replaced with new ones. Also my low level minstrel does not show up either.

I submitted 2 bugs over the past month to get the issue resolved but nothing has happened.

Should I just write off my My.lotro for accuracy?

my.lotro has never been accurate on most everything. sometimes it takes weeks to update a toon to have the right gear on it. it is still in beta form which has me wondering why turbine is promoting using a new system on it when it hasnt been completely finished.

I too still show a character I made while I was still playing the trial! The character does not exist anymore, and has not existed for months...

I did send a bug report a while back but also got no resolution. It's not a huge problem for me though so I just let it go.

Not sure what's going on behind the scenes of MyLoTRO but hopefully they have some fixes coming soon.
